Students

During my internship, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute and deliver meaningful and versatile projects. Through the scope of my work, I can see how it directly aligns with overall business goals within a broader organizational context.

As interns, we are always learning and getting the opportunity to be a part of cool tastings/workshops/summits. The people I have met during my time here have accelerated my passion for marketing and have given me a new perspective for my career in that field.

It’s such a cool experience to be able to work on multiple contrasting projects, allowing the autonomy to take on work in areas I'm interested in. I've dabbled in event planning, research and automation to solve various business needs.

This internship enables us as to challenge ourselves, make mistakes and learn and grow from them. We're contributing to a dynamic and valuable environment that shapes not only us as individuals but as workforces in today's new generation.

Contributing to meaningful projects and initiatives, I witnessed the positive impact of my work on the team. It’s truly rewarding to produce ideas or insights and watch it spark the team’s discussions.

Nestlé empowers interns by providing the necessary tools, resources, and opportunities to take ownership of their work and make a meaningful impact. It is inspiring to collaborate with accomplished professionals in a supportive environment, while contributing to projects that directly impact the company’s operations and success.

My team trusts me on my competence of working on important projects, gives me support whenever needed, and encourages me to improve our processes in innovative, creative ways. I feel my creativity and curiosity valued and appreciated at Nestlé.

Employees here are truly invested in your learning, providing support, and opportunities, and encouraging you to share your ideas. I have worked alongside some of the most driven people I know, inspiring me to be at my best and making for an internship full of fun and growth!
