Across our organization, we are steadfast in our commitment to embedding diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) across everything we do. We firmly believe that it’s our employees that are our greatest asset and that having an inclusive workplace is not only important but is a fundamental requirement.
This June, we are proudly celebrating PRIDE Month across the company – an opportunity for the LGBTQI2S+ community and all allies to celebrate diverse identities and experiences. Our Nestlé Pride Alliance Canada Employee Resource Group, one of the key streams of the DE&I Committee, remains focused on promoting an inclusive workplace by celebrating and supporting employees to live their authentic lives at work and in our communities. As a group, they’ve been working with teams across the company and have partnered with community organizations to bring to life an exciting month of activations.
