Job offer

Congratulations on reaching this stage! We’ll welcome you to the Nestlé Canada team and provide you with valuable information introducing you to the Nestlé world. In terms of process, we will first extend a conditional offer, conduct reference checks, and then move to a final offer. Reaching this stage generally takes about six to eight weeks from the time of application.

As a new Nestlé Canada employee you'll likely have questions about your job and the company in general. To help you embark on your journey and feel at home, we've created an online induction program that includes a welcome to your department, an overview of our business, an HR orientation and an introduction to your function and role objectives. Throughout, you’ll have the support you need from Human Resources, your Line Manager and the business team. Our goal is to get you up to speed as quickly as possible to ensure your success.

As part of your orientation, you'll also be assigned a ‘buddy’ to help with your integration. Your ‘buddy’ isn’t a supervisor or a formal mentor, but a colleague who can offer support by answering your questions and helping you get settled.
