Aero Bubbles and Nestlé Single Serve Ice Cream CupsNestlé’s commitment to innovation has never been more apparent than recently with the news that two Nestlé products have received awards recognizing the success of their innovation.

On September 13, 2011, the Aero Bubbles Pouch won the People’s Choice Innovation Award at the National Convenience Stores Distributors Association (NACDA) National Conference. This win was determined by convenience channel retailers who selected Aero Bubbles against a range of competitive innovation. The awards were based on the results of a product evaluation considering four key criteria: product characteristics, presentation/packaging, innovation and originality/value. This is the second win of its kind for Aero Bubbles which was also named a Canadian Grand Prix New Product Award Finalist by the Retail Council of Canada for 2010.

On October 25, 2011, Nestlé Single Serve Ice Cream Cups were named to the Top 10 Innovative Products list by Grocery Innovations Canada (GIC). The Top 10 Innovative Products were chosen by grocers and delegates at the GIC show, and were evaluated on their uniqueness, buzz-worthiness and consumer response.

A new product released in the spring of 2011, Nestlé Single Serve Ice Cream Cups are available in 15 great flavours, including four favourite brands: Häagen-Dazs, Nestlé Sundae, Nestlé Skinny Cow and Nestlé Real Dairy. They’re sold individually in the frozen dairy case at grocery and convenience stores nationwide in conveniently portion-controlled sizes.
