Launching on Monday, May 29 and running until June 3, Delissio Rustico is taking its successful Toronto pop-up shop to downtown Montreal.
If you’re in the Montreal area (or have friends and family in the area), spread the word, visit the pop-up shop and show some love for Delissio Rustico!
Rustico has partnered with a popular boutique grocery store, Fou d’Ici, and for one week will transform the entire store into Ma Rustico Chez Fou d’Ici! The design and experience has been curated specifically for Quebec consumers. The pop up shop will inspire millennials to customize their Rustico pizzas with local Quebec ingredients – including Montreal smoked meat, pickled turnips, kosher dill pickles and fresh mint. In addition to customizable pizzas, consumers will have the opportunity to choose from three ‘chef-inspired’ recipes: La Main, La Minuit and La Cabane – all designed with 100% local ingredients by Fou d’Ici’s head chef, Patrick Dubeau.
Consumers will be able to purchase Rustico Margherita and fresh ingredient bundles so they can recreate their Ma Rustico at home! Through these purchases, Delissio will also be giving back to the community - for every Rustico pizza purchased, Delissio will donate one pizza to Moisson Montreal (one of the largest food banks in Quebec).
