Canadian families are busier than ever – juggling kids, school, sports practice, music lessons, caring for aging relatives, volunteering and more. Essential routines, like eating dinner together as a family, can be a real challenge. But when a family works together as a team to get through the crazy days, the results can be spectacular.

“We recognize that family life is a team sport and every member is an MVP,” says Tim Brown, President and CEO, Nestlé Canada. “We strive to help keep Canadian families happy and nourished and believe our partnership with the Canadian Football League is a great match, expressing our commitment to Canadian families.”

Family life is a team sport

Throughout 2012 the CFL and Nestlé Canada will team up, bringing real meal solutions to real Canadians across the country. When every day is game day, meals need to be tailored to suit the situation. From rushing to eat dinner as you head out the door, to more relaxed family time around the table, with snacks and treats to refresh and energize in between – Nestlé Canada provides something for Canadian families everywhere.

We recognize the pressure families face to get everyone fed and out the door on busy days. Some days you have only a few minutes to prepare a meal – these are the times you need something quick and delicious you know everyone will eat. Pop a Delissio frozen pizza into the oven and while it’s baking, make a fresh salad or vegetable side dish to add colour and nutrients to your plate. Serve with milk or as a special treat after dinner, serve some chocolate milk – with Nesquik you can add as much or as little as you like. Here you have a meal covering three to four food groups that’s ready in 20 minutes or less. This is just one example of how Nestlé Canada supports feeding real life.
